Jonathan R. Santana

Jonathan served as a warranted Contingency Contracting Officer with the U.S. Air Force’s 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing at Balad Air Base, Iraq. After active duty he spent twenty years inside federal acquisition. The Department of Veterans Affairs, the General Services Administration, the National Archives, NOAA, ACC-Aberdeen, USAID, and most recently U.S. Postal Service Engineering, where he leads nationwide deployment programs.

He is a first-generation Dominican-American raised between the Dominican Republic, Brooklyn, and Miami. He founded Excelsior Consulting Services in 2022 to bring that warranted-CCO discipline to the boutique SDVOSB and HUBZone market. He serves on the Board of The Capital Market and as Co-Director of Membership at the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Prince George’s County.
